Chillingsworth, is housed on the 300 year-old Chillingsworth Foster estate in the beautiful, historic and quaint town of Brewster. Set among six acres of lawns and gardens, it has been the Cape’s premier restaurant for more than thirty years. The estate is also home to three lovely Guestrooms.
A second restaurant known as the Bistro, offering a more casual dining experience, is located in our Greenhouse / Gallery area. The Bistro is a great choice for those times you crave Chillingsworth cuisine, but don’t have time for the seven course menu offered in the Main Dining rooms. Lunch and Sunday Brunch are also served in the Bistro.
