Inahno is arguably one of the best Japanese restaurants on the Cape which offers truly outstanding sushi. In fact, the salmon, tuna and other raw fish is so fresh, it tastes as though it never touched ice.
Menu items worth trying include teriyaki and tempura which has a skin as crisp and delicate as you'd expect to find in Asakusa, a neighborhood in Tokyo known for its tempura.
Complementing the authenticity of the food are the modest decorative touches in Inaho's interior - shoji screens, woven mats, and a small garden with tranquil bubbling pond complete with gold fish.
