Watkins has worked his way through top kitchens in Pittsburgh, New York and Boston before settling on Cape Cod. The menu includes house-made gnocchi with ricotta cheese, baby spinach, and mushroom sauce; and free range lamb chops with merguez sausage and lamb jus.
